We stand by our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your sign or metal art, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Occasionally a sign may become damaged or dropped during shipping. If this happens to you, please do not throw away the box or packaging. We will need photos of the damaged sign, box and packaging in order to process the creation of a new sign for you. FedEx will also need to contact you via phone to confirm the damage.
